Phin’s Catering Services has been established since 2002 with the sole purpose of providing professional catering services for the discerning client. We found an increasing interest for customization of event catering from our customers and have responded by constantly tweaking our business model and processes to incorporate suggestions and new ideas. Our aim is to keep improving and enhancing our catering capabilities. We are glad to offer each client personalized consultation on menus for any event and are always at hand to cater to special requests within our means.
Quality before Quantity! Our emphasis is on selecting high quality, fresh ingredients always. We start with quality produce and pair that with our skilled chefs to prepare buffet spreads that we can be proud of. We see food as much more than just basic sustenance and believe that enjoyment of food can be enahnced by setting, atmosphere and other intangibles. Our commitment to innovate and be creative about what we put together and serve alongisde setting an attractive spread differentiate us. We are careful with our presentation as first impressions count (even with food) and often a dish is first judged by what it looks like.
Massive or modest, it does not matter. We strive to engage each client in the first meeting to find out what is desired and to subsequently provide a suggested set of menus complete with any special requirements to cater a perfect function for the client. As we always tell our clients, “Enjoy the evening, host your guests, let us do the rest!” In order to be successful in catering an event, the first basic rule is to ‘listen’.
