Our website is to facilitate orders without immediate confirmation or payment, please allow us 24 hours to email payment instructions and confirmation email to you. The order is confirmed once payment is made and confirmation email acknowledge by you. 

Please call us at 1800-CATERER (18002283737), or email us at sales@phinscatering.com.sg quoting your order number if you do not receive any communications from us 24hours after you place your order.

Our sales coordinators can definitely assist you to customize your orders, please do drop us an email at sales@phinscatering.com.sg with your budget, number of pax required, date and time, rough idea of what kind of catering menu you would like. We will try our best to assist you.

If changes to menu or number of pax catered for are needed please email to us at sales@phinscatering.com.sg 5 business days before your event or call us at 1800-Caterer (18002283737).

We will levy a 10% surcharge base on the total order amount if changes to the menu and/or number of persons catered are made less than 5 business days prior to event date.

Yes, our service officer will assist you to change the items in the menu (same costs or same category) and advise if there are any changes to the price per pax. If there are any dietary requirement please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to assist you. 

Alternatively, you may let us know what are your dietary requirements or changes needed at the request box at the order page.

1. Any cancellation made less than 1 working day/on the actual day will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 100% base on the total order amount. 

2. Any cancellation made less than 5 working days from date of function will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% base on the total order amount. 

3. Any cancellation made more than 5 working days from date of function will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 30% base on the total order amount.

Catered Buffet Event

We provide the necessary food warmers, silk floral centerpiece, biodegradable disposable cutleries, necessary food risers, drink dispenser, table overlay and table skirting.

For base of table we have White, Black, Light Grey and Red. 

For overlay we have Silver, Gold, Cool rey, Aqua Maine Blue, Dark Blue, Baby Blue, Fuchsia Pink, Dusty Pink, Olive, Lavender, Red Yellow, Orange, Champagne, Black and White.

We use only biodegradable cutleries at all our catered events at no extra charges to the client as we believe in fulfilling our corporate responsibility to do our bit for the environment. We will provide a 10% buffer of the catered number. If you do require more sets of biodegradable cutleries, they are available at $1.07 per set (with GST). Please do let our sales coordinator know how many sets you require.

Under advisory from SFA, we cannot provide takeaway boxes as the food is to be consumed 4 hours from the time the food is ready and leaves our premise. For food safety reason, we will advise our clients not to pack the leftovers if it is after the 4 hours safety period.

Payment

In lieu of the current situation, we would request if customers can pay with Visa/Master Card, bank transfer, cheque or through PayNow. We would like to minimize cash transactions for safety reasons.

Delivery

Non CBD Area 

For catering services, as it requires delivery and collection, our standard delivery charge is $50 ($53.50 with GST). 

For bento and delivery that requires only one way delivery, the standard delivery charges is $30 ($32.10 with GST). 

CBD Area, Jurong Island and Sentosa 

For catering services, as it requires delivery and collection, our standard delivery charge is $60 ($64.20 with GST). 

For bento and delivery that requires only one way delivery, the standard delivery charges is $40 ($42.80 with GST). 

CBD Area refers to first 2 digits of the postal code:

Locations without lift access require us to provide more manpower to move the tables, equipment and food therefore a minimum surcharge of $100 is levied depending on the location of the venue. Some locations do not have direct access and requires multiple stages of moving the equipment through several points of entry. Our sales coordinator will advise the surcharges when the location is provided.

Collection of the equipment is at 3 hours after ready to eat time or 10pm whichever is earlier. NEA stipulates that catered food has to be consumed within 4 hours from the time the food leaves our premise. We will take approximately 1 hour to deliver and setup leaving 3 hours for the host and guests to enjoy the food.

Surcharge of $100 is levied if we are able to extend the collection time, subject to availability. Please let our sales coordinator know if you require after hours collection, we will try our best to assist.

Setup will only be done at ground level of landed address, for the safety of our staff member we regret to inform that we cannot accede to last minute or on location request to have the catered event setup at other floors. If you require setup at other floors of your landed property, please do let our sales coordinators know and we will advise the extra surcharges.

Please be informed that Phin’s Catering Services will not be responsible for any damages to the property during setup

Depending on the time client need the catered event to be ready by, our team will try our best to handover the setup and food 15-30 mins from the to be ready time. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as road traffic conditions, bottle neck at unloading area etc, please allow +/- 30 minutes from stated delivery timing.

Others

Clients are responsible for all equipment rendered for the duration of the function, Phin’s Catering Services reserves the right to charge the full equipment amount if it is missing at time of collection.
